American Mustang Set to Debut at Cannes 2014

American wild mustang horses ride into the Cannes film market this year courtesy of distributor Blairwood Entertainment and production company Just Media. The 3D documentary, narrated by Alison Eastwood and Darryl Hannah, exposes the inhumane treatment of these magnificent creatures, which are been culled into extinction. The documentary premieres on May 17th 2014 at the Riviera screening room 3, at 8:30pm. 3D glasses will be available at the door. To set up a meeting in Cannes please contact Head of Sales and Acquisitions Ryan Keller.

AMERICAN MUSTANG has been described as “dazzling” and “breathtaking.”

Blairwood Gives Distribution Seminar in Las Vegas

James Dudelson and Ana Clavell of Blairwood Entertainment will be giving a short seminar on film distribution this Wednesday April 16th at the Indie Film Factory in Las Vegas. The event, which is being sponsored by the Indie Film Factory and Kelly Schwarze, will focus on the pitfalls of making a movie without distribution in place. With a combined experience of over 50 years between the two, James Dudelson and Ana Clavell feel a little knowledge can go a long way, particularly in this digital age. The seminar is free and open to the public but space is limited so contacting the Indie Film Factory is recommended.

Blairwood Will Attend Cannes Marché 2014

Blairwood Entertainment will be participating in the Marché du Film during the Cannes Film Festival this year. The company, which debuted at the festival three years ago, will include in its slate the world premieres of AMERICAN MUSTANG – a dazzling 3D documentary on wild American mustang horses, starring Darryl Hannah and Alison Eastwood-, and IN THE DOG HOUSE, a family pleaser following in the footsteps of their successful kid movie DUDE, WHERE’S MY DOG? James Dudelson, CEO of Blairwood Entertainment, is also very pleased with their new horror title BLACK OUT, currently in post-production. “Horror is still a very strong genre for us, and we feel that the audiences out there may be ready to start looking beyond zombies. As much as we like the undead (Blairwood carries zombie classic DAY OF THE DEAD among its library titles) we’d like to offer a different flavor.” Ryan Keller, Head of Sales and Acquisitions, will be attending. Blairwood Entertainment’s office is located at the Marina Showroom G17, inside the Riviera building of the Palais complex. To make an appointment please contact Ryan Keller ( by clicking on the button on the right.
